Notes:
Please note that the transportation costs to and from Romania are the only expenses to
be covered by the trainers in order to join our programme.
The trainers can choose only one option for project A, either A1 either A2, and for project
B they can choose B1, B2 or B1+B2.
The camp organisers are paying for: return trip to and from the camp/ Romanian airport,
full board accommodation while on the camp and also during the trips around Romania,
all tickets to the tourist attractions the trainers are going to visit and the transportation to
these, 24-hour medical support.
If their application is successful, the British trainers will have to buy their (return) flight
ticket within 15 days from the day they received the email from the organisers.
If the trainers do not prove the purchase the flight ticket within 15 days after being
oficialy accepted, they will miss their chance to work on the camp.
Pocket money: 50 EURO/weekly netto
The trainers will be accompanied by the Romanian organisers during their stay in
Romania.
For project A, the hotel is Hotel Cindrel, from Paltinis, Sibiu county, www. hotelcindrel.ro

FOR PROJECTS A1 & A2: One option is to buy the tickets from the airline company Wizzair.

For these flights we can provide transportation from Sibiu airport to camp and back, for free.
Other convenients flights are to/from Bucharest, with Ryanair, Blue Air or Wizzair, from/to
different cities of the UK and also to/from Budapest or Debrecen- Hungary. You can choose one,
but inform me before you buy the tickets. From Bucharest to Sibiu you have a 6 hours ride by
bus, so you have to be careful to book a convenient bus, so you could arrive in Sibiu in the right
time. We provide transportation from Sibiu city to camp and back, for free.
One good option is to buy the tickets from the airline company Blueair, because they include
the bus ride from airport to Brasov, so when you book the flight, choose Brasov (XHV) as final
destination. Tickets can be bought online from: www.blueairweb.com as following:
Departure from LUTON airport on the 15th July 2018 at 10.35, flight no. OB 132. Arrival at
Otopeni airport at 15.45. At 18.00 you have the bus to Brasov, you arrive at 21.00 when we
pick you up.(OB 7017)
Departure from Brasov on the 12th of August 2018 at 8.30 am, by bus.(OB 7020) Arrival at
airport at 11.30. ( the road from Brasov to Bucharest is really crowded, the bus goes very
slow, that’s why you should go earlier to be sure you catch the flight). The flight 1231 from
Otopeni to Luton is at 16.00. Arrival at Luton Airport at 17.25.
