Meaning:
The deed which is not to be done,
because it is bad, akritya, should not be
done even at the risk of losing life and the
deed which has to be done, because it is
your duty, kritya, should never be
abandoned even at the risk of losing life.
This, indeed, is the sanatana dharma.
