Work Experience & Internships

April 2017 – July 2017. Philip Treacy Ltd. PR Intern.

While interning at Philip Treacy I was the main contact for all samples; this included press, celebrity
and royalty loans. The main event while I was interning there was the Harrods fashion show where I
organised all hat samples, assisted dressing models and ensured we were running to schedule. Daily
office tasks included answering phones, responding to emails, sourcing all press cuttings featured
online and in print and creating mood boards for clients.

August 2013. Anthropologie EU. Ecommerce Intern.

During my time at Anthropologie, my role as Ecommerce Intern was split between merchandising and
marketing. My responsibilities for the marketing team included updating the customer loyalty
database, updating the social media platforms daily and coordinating the birthday benefit
programme. While assisting the merchandising team, I organised samples for seasonal photo-shoots
by collecting items from buying teams and stores; created a shoot list which was fed to the creative
team; quality assured the website by checking colour swatches and imagery of product and set up
‘Get the look’ content on product pages to encourage cross sells and uplift on sales.

July 2012. Feltham Coachworks LTD. Work Experience.

I assisted the reception team for two weeks coordinating insurance invoices; making customer
courtesy calls; assigning courtesy cars to customer insurance claims and inputting data into the
company software.

Employment

June 2017 – Current. The 1955 Club. Waitress

Working as a waitress at The 1955 Club has given me people skills which will be valuable for future job
opportunities. I enjoy the sociable side of the job but also how it tests me being under pressure when
the restaurant is busy and making sure everyone is looked after.

August 2016 – Shine Events Ltd. (Temp)

My daily duties included greeting high profile celebrity guests, ushering guests to tables, selling raffle
tickets and ensuring guests were attended to at all times. I also assisted the project manager in
sourcing uniforms for staff, arranging taxis, and delegating tasks to other members of staff.

December 2015 – Michael Wisher Hospitality Personnel (Temp)

I enjoyed working at corporate catering events for Christmas functions as part of a large team. My
responsibilities included greeting and serving guests, ensuring my tables were looked after at all
times.

September 2011- August 2015. Move a Muscle Gymnastics School. Coach.

Twice a week I assisted the Head Coach to teach students aged 3-11 with their gymnastics skills. I
enjoyed teaching others and helping them achieve their goals.
