We have a green building and wanted to further understand how
our indoor environment is affecting our employees. uHoo has
given us insights on how green our building is and allows us to
proactively manage and maintain our indoor environment to
ensure it is at an optimal level for the health and well being of our
employees. Furthermore, we also want to the improve the
working relationship with our landlord and subcontractors who
are responsible for maintaining the climate system.

- Frank Groenland, Luba Groep

uHoo has helped us monitor our building and the knowledge
uHoo provides gave us the capability to properly adjust the
environment for the well being of our tenants. Continuous
measurement of the Indoor Air Quality over a longer period has
also provided the correct direction to improve the climate control
system of the office building and a better financial control of the
adjustments.

Executive Summary
• Certain areas were more humid outside of work hours thus creating an environment for mold to grow

• Ventilation is not properly distributed throughout the building where certain areas are properly ventilated while others
are not

• There’s a tendency for people to use rooms even though air quality is no longer healthy because of lack of information
on air quality and popularity of certain rooms where use is concentrated among a few rooms

• VOCs had a consistent trend of increasing to moderate and cautious levels outside of work hours. Various factors may
cause this such as the paint used on the walls, air circulation turned off during the night, etc.

• VOCs also frequently increased to moderate and cautious levels during work hours due to human activity.
