AFFIDAVIT OF NONTENANCY
I, ROLANDO B. PUMAR, Filipino, of legal age, married to LINALYN MANTIJI, and
a resident of Purok Cogon, Barangay Visayan Village, Tagum City, Davao del Norte, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the transferor of a parcel of land more particularly described as Lot 4457-C-
6-A of the Subdivision plan being a portion of Lot 4457-C-6, Psd-11-087252, situated in the
Barrio of Lawaan (Barangay Visayan Village), City of Tagum, Davao del Norte;

2. That said parcel of land is not tenanted; and

3. That this affidavit is hereby executed to attest to the truth of the facts above-stated in
compliance with Circular No. 31 of the Department of Justice pursuant to Presidential Decree
No. 27 as amended by Republic Act No. 6657.
