INFORMATION

The undersigned accused GERALD ANDERSON, a resident of Barangay


Ibabang Iyam Pleasantville Subd., Lucena City Quezon, Philippines for
violation of Section 5(i) R.A. 9262 or "Anti-Violence Against Women and
Their Children Act of 2004".

That on or about the evening of March 14, 2018, at Barangay Ibabang Iyam
Pleasantville Subd., Lucena City, the above-named accused did then and
there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously inflict psychological violence upon
BEA ALONZO, a woman with whom he has two common children, resulting
to mental and emotional anguish and public ridicule or humiliation by
repeated verbal and emotional abuse consisting of several bad and insulting
utterances directed against the victim and a feeding bottle being thrown
against the latter in anger.

CONTRARY TO LAW, with the offense being attended by the special


qualifying aggravating circumstance of the victim being pregnant at the time.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Information is filed pursuant to Section 4,


Rule 112 of the 2000 Rules on Criminal Procedures: that I have personally examined
the evidence for the complainant and that there is a reasonable ground to believe
that the crime of robbery with homicide has been committed and the three (3)
accused is probably guilty thereof; that the three (3) accused was informed of the
complaint and of the evidence submitted against; and that three (3) accused were
given an opportunity to submit a controverting evidence.
