THE PURPOSE

• The workshop focuses on providing some very simple tools and techniques that will help
you set your life on the right track, or say back on the track.
• You will get to learn and practice some ways to reprogram and re-condition your
subconscious mind which mainly is responsible for the experiences and events happening in
your life, obviously created out of your own perceptions and beliefs.
• These ways have been practiced and are proved to be highly effective if understood and
practiced well by the practitioner (you in this case).
THE NEED
• The reason why we decided to bring this to you is simple, we want to help you create a
better life, for self and others surrounding you.
• Studies suggests that whatever we do and why we do the way we do is mainly governed by our
past experiences, perceptions and beliefs that we have for any given event, situation or an
emotion.
• Since childhood, our subconscious had been conditioned in a not so correct way; I
would say partially wrong. We have been told many times, thousands in number to not do
something for reasons like, we may get hurt, we might be too young to try something or
because our parents care for us. But somehow this went wrong. For example, a child opening
up a bottle of ketchup. (How deep the emotion is associated). CANT conditioning over
the years.
• So it’s important to get your subconscious right, re condition it with what is actually
required and makes it work in an effective way, not allowing it to be a constraint rather
be a resource.
THE RESULTS

• There are n number of real life stories to be shared, many to get inspired and much more to
feel positive.
• Be it in academics, sports, science or relationship; there are people who have achieved a lot
and lived a limitless life.
• Swami Vivekananda, Steve Jobs, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Barack Obama and many more names
are there.
• The idea is to get your subconscious right and improve the quality of your life,
personal and professional both.
THE FACTS
• Whatever you have achieved till date is a result of using 1/8th of your mind.
• Imagine what you could achieve if you start using the other 7/8th of mind which is more powerful
and hold more information, memories and experiences.
• The subconscious mind plays a very crucial role in our life, creating or destroying it, depending on
how we program it.
• Our Subconscious Mind doesn’t understand positive or negative emotions, it only takes account
of “Shallow” and “Intense” emotions basis on which it forms the perceptions and beliefs.
• Most of your habits and emotional conditioning were programmed in early childhood before you
had mature/enough facilities to understand and make proper decisions, shaping your belief system.
• Freud said, “we learn as children how we react emotionally and this is carried out in
adulthood”. We then had no choice or sense to ask for logics and reasons therefore we accepted
whatever they taught us.
• These pre-programmed things, beliefs and perceptions can be both beneficial and destructive.

• Your subconscious doesn’t understands positive or negative

HOW IT WORKS?

• The subconscious mind takes into consideration the depth of an emotion, feeling or experience.
• It doesn’t and cannot distinguish between a negative or positive emotion, feeling. It doesn’t
even understand failure or success.
• All it knows is how deep or shallow an emotion is.
• The intensity of an emotion decides whether it stays or leave the subconscious space.
• Everything that you focus on, negative or positive gets deeply associated and becomes an
Intense (deep) emotion.
• Anything that you don’t give a shit to, becomes a shallow emotion and can’t manage to stay in
your subconscious for long.
WHERE IT WENT WRONG?
You may find it weird but you’ve been conditioning your subconscious in ways to which could attract
only fear, failure and pain. It was not intentional but the point is, it proved to be of no good. Let’s get
into where it all went wrong.
• Remember the day when you had cough, cold or any minor ill health issue? Someone asked you
about your health and what you did? You made a whole movie out of it, you explained how you fell
ill, what all medicines/treatments you have been taking, also you didn’t leave the chance to blame the
environment.
• Someone invited you to celebrate a birthday ceremony, you could not go. But you never missed a
chance to go on a death ceremony.
• A friend of yours gave a compliment on your fitness, you getting fit and healthy, but you? You didn’t
want to talk about it.You didn’t cherish the moment, that feeling of being healthy.
• Made a profit of 2 crores, don’t want to share the good news. Dropped a 10 rupee note, made it a
breaking news.
CONTD.

• Someone resigned from office, discussed for about a week. Some new faces joined in, but we don’t
bother to talk about the new opportunities/possibilities and celebrate.
• We have been conditioning to discuss pain, sadness and failures but hide/not to cherish our
achievements, thinking that they (people) have evil eyes (nazar lga denge) on success we make.
• Had a breakup, and you’re going to discuss this with all your friends, sometimes even with strangers.
A new relationship is not celebrated the way it should be (marriages are not celebrated; they
are publicized. For that particular day.)
• You talk about how much you hate your ex, rather than talking about how much you love your
present.
• We are becoming so a person who doesn’t even share his happiness with the family, brother sister
or parents but always brags about a loss, failure or pain.
• We talk about a minor headache so much till the other person gets one.
THE IMPACT
Coming back on the point, all this that we have been practicing and trained our subconscious to
believe that we love what we deeply associate with, and since you associate more with pain, focus
more on failure, your subconscious will do everything to conspire the same feeling,
emotion or experience, not considering good or bad because it only takes into account the deep
and shallow emotions.

• This is how your actions are back firing, you are giving deep emotions to ill health, loss and
thoughts which are less important and not paying any attention to things which are more
important for your personal growth, physically and mentally both.
• When you constantly talk about and focus on painful events your subconscious thinks that you like
being in pain, because you choose to associate a deep emotion with it.
• Therefore, it creates all such circumstances which only brings pain and failure into your life. It may seem
to be similar to law of attraction, the truth is your subconscious is nothing but the universe in
itself.

THE RE-CONDITIONING PROCESS:

• The good news is, you can re condition your subconscious at any given point of time.
• It will obviously take some time as it’s been conditioned for years, from childhood itself. So you
cannot and must not expect miracles just in a day or two. But I can assure you some
phenomenon changes that would actualize and maximize your potential.
• This will not happen in a day but it surely will happen with continuous efforts and a rock solid faith
in self.

• Discuss your success, cherish and celebrate.
• Express how awesome your life is, don’t forget to miss any chance to appreciate life.
• Demonstrate happiness. Express laughter.
• Express how much you love your partner.
• Feel good about your health, the way you look before you leave for office, college or school.
• Cherish every victory no matter how small, because it’s important.
• Give full attention to whatever makes you happy and excited.
DON’TS
(WHAT YOU MUST NEVER DO, STARTING NOW)

• Don’t make a story out of a minor ill health


• Don’t publicize your failure, just learn from it
• Never discuss (just talk) rejections
• Don’t express hatred, anger or any destructive emotion.
• NO negative newsfeed (even on Facebook)
• Unfollow what upsets you, make you feel low, no matter how much you relate to it (a song,
event or a movie)
• Don’t gossip around about a loss, personal or organizations level.
