Pre-listening Present the students a set of pictures with Plenary 3’’
different prices and teach them some
expressions that they are useful to ask prices in
a store. And also, teach the use of demonstrative
adjectives.
Pre-listening Ask the students to practice vocabulary of PW 2’’
different items andelicit them to practice the Plenary
name of numbers.
While-listening Tell the students that they will listena short 4’’
dialogue and part of a short song twice about Plenary
how to ask prices in a store. Ask them to listen
carefully and note down individually the
different prices of the items.
While-listening Once they finished listening the recording, GW 4’’
choose some students to share they answers with Plenary
the group.
Post-listening Play the video form recording used before with CW 4’’
subtitles, so that the students can watch and
verify their answers.
Post-listening Present the students to apply the corresponding CW. 5’’
role play. “Go shopping” where teacher will be Plenary
the sales person and some students will be the
customers.
