Course objectives
The EuroMPM focuses on the growing demand for
project management qualification in all industries as
well as in public administration. Projects are being
adopted everywhere. The ratio of projects versus
classic, ongoing operations is growing in all industries
classic, ongoing operations is growing in all industries
and all kinds of organisations. Essentially, projects are
becoming more and more complex. Many projects
must be regarded as global projects based on
multicultural teams working for clients all over the
world.
The EuroMPM includes the training and development
of all qualifications that are important for the
certification of project managers according to project
management associations, for example, the Project
Management Professional PMP® of PMI®. But of
course, the EuroMPM goes far beyond these
elementary qualification standards.
The EuroMPM offers an advanced approach to
meeting the requirements for project management
today and in the future.
