The newly designed Global Management programme
will thoroughly prepare you for demanding managerial CONTACT
tasks in international companies. With practice-

Course objectives
The course prepares graduates for leading positions in
internationally operating companies. Such positions
can be Global Brand and Product Manager in the
Marketing Department, Corporate Finance Manager,
Supply Chain Manager or Human Resource Manager.

About 100 EUR per semester
The fee includes a semester ticket covering public
transport within the city of Hof.

Costs of living
The cost of living is approx. 650 EUR per month.
Please note that if you have private insurance, your
living expenses will be slightly higher.

Language requirements
Applicants must provide proof of their English language
skills (TOEFL 90 or equivalent) and basic German
language skills (A1).

Rent for a single room in a student residence is approx.

250 EUR plus additional costs for electricity. Rent for a
private one-room apartment is approx. 300-400 EUR

About the university

Founded in 1994, our university offers a very attractive
study environment with its modern architecture and its
state-of-the-art classrooms, laboratories, and
dormitories. You will receive a first-class, hands-on
education here.
We offer modern Bachelor's and Master's programmes
in the Departments of Business, Computer Science,
and Engineering. Our programmes meet the demands
of industry. Additionally, the Institute for Continuing
Education offers both full-time and part-time further
education opportunities.

Communication between students and professors is
frequent and uncomplicated. With a very comfortable

As a university of applied sciences, we pay special

second campus located in Münchberg, a town about 20
kilometres south of Hof, which can look back on more
than 150 years of textile production.

About the city

Hof is a medium-sized town located in the heart of the
enlarged Europe, right in the middle of Berlin, Munich,
and Prague. Hof has a population of about 50,000 and
is an appealing university town with plenty of leisure
activities. To relax and unwind, there are numerous
bars, cinemas, an orchestra, a theatre, a landscaped
park called Theresienstein, and a beautiful lake - the
Untreusee. Hof is also known for the International Hof
Film Festival, which is one of the most important
German film festivals.

The city of Hof is surrounded by beautiful nature. It is

located between the low mountain regions of the
Fichtelgebirge and the Franconian Forest on the banks
of the River Saale. You will find excellent possibilities
for all outdoor sporting activities such as cycling, hiking,
climbing, and skiing.
