Exercise 09: Record Count Sequences

Overview
The Record Counts page allows users to record count sequences for their scheduled cycle counts.
Inventory adjustments are made immediately upon submission of the count sequence depending on the
approval and tolerance settings of the cycle count..
Scenario
A user records the counts for the count sequences that are generated for the cycle count.

Step Action
1. Click in the User ID field.

2. Enter your User ID

3. Click in the Password field.

4. Enter the Password assigned to the environment.

5. Press Sign In.
6. Click the Navigator Icon.

7. Click the Counts link.

8. If the Change Organization pop-up does not display, click the Change
Organization button and click the LOV to see a list of Inventory Organizations

9. Select, Search or Enter your organization

10. Click the Record Count Sequences link.

12. Enter the desired information into the Count Quantity field. Enter “95”

Click in the Reason choice list
14. Select Damaged Goods from the choice list on the Reason field.

Click the Counted By field (if not already defaulted)
16. If its blank, select your user from the choice list
17. Click the “Save” button.
18. Click the “Submit” button.

19. Click the “OK” button.
