INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT
• Respond to crises including suicide screenings and support plans, threat assessments,
bullying, and sexual incident responses
• Provide individual counseling for academic support, personal/social issues, and
college/career planning
• Use Restorative Practices to guide students in detention or suspensions through their thought
process and how to change behaviors for the future
GROUP SUPPORT
• Facilitated a small group for 11th grade Latino students about college and career planning
including how to pick a college, financial aid and scholarships, and career interests
• Developed a group for 6th grade Latino boys to learn goal setting, increase their self-
confidence, and self-advocacy skills
SCHOOLWIDE
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
• Advisor to Cedar Park’s Unity Club, a club for LGBTQ+ youth and their allies where we
support one another, advocate for social justice, and help educate the community
• Organized and coached the ISB Oregon Battle of the Books team, who competed at the
State finals 2 years in a row

• Manage lunch detention and In School Suspensions with Restorative Practices, PBIS, and
academic support
• Develop and present academic, personal/social, and college and career lessons for
diverse learners including ELL students, and those with IEPs or 504 plans
• Record and disaggregate discipline data in Synergy and Excel to monitor equity regarding
specific populations and at-risk students
• Collaborate with Admin team on framework for discipline and behavior
• Push-in support for students for grades 6-8 in Math, Language Arts, Science and Social
Studies
• AVID tutor for the 6th and 7th grade class
