To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Bill Stachelski and I am writing this letter on behalf of Frank W. Cox High School
junior Tayvion Robinson, who is a candidate for Virginia Teachers For Tomorrow. I have had
the pleasure of both teaching and coaching Tayvion for the past three years and during that
time I have witnessed him grow academically, athletically, and socially and the transformation
has been quite remarkable. The qualities that Tayvion has come to exemplify include
leadership, hard work, dedication, loyalty, self-respect and unselfishness.

Tayvion’s greatest attribute is his outgoing and friendly personality. He connects with all walks
including his peers, his teachers, administrators, coaches, and most importantly, the youth of
the community. As his football coach I have seen him teach, coach and interact with local kids
ages 5-13 in our annual Cox Football Youth Camps held each summer in which our players do
all the teaching and coaching. He is by far the most popular among our players because he
knows how to have fun and make each kid feel important regardless of their age or talent level.
My own daughter Ava, who has known Tayvion for the past three years really looks up to him
and sees him as a person to model herself after. This is the kind of influence Tayvion has on
young people: they look up to him and want to be like him.

Undoubtedly, the best praise that I can give Tayvion is the feedback that I get from college
coaches who are recruiting him to play football at the next level. College coaches from some of
the most prestigious institutions in the commonwealth and around the country have consistently
been impressed with his grades, maturity, confidence, and most importantly, his humility.

In short, Tayvion is an impeccable candidate for Virginia Teachers For Tomorrow and I am
confident that he would represent your organization as well as possible. Thank you in advance
