KOMUNIKASI PERNIAGAAN

(5) Synopsis :
Business Communication teaches the students to improve their communication skills as the
main basis of their career success. This course enables students to understand the factors
that influence the effectiveness of business communication. They are taught various
elements of communication skills such as intercultural communication as well as verbal and
non-verbal messages. Students will become knowledgeable to communicate in various job
situations, work in teams, think critically and use technology to communicate effectively and
productively. They will be given the platform and guidance in the form of industrial
collaboration, in building resume and video resume, hence being ready to participate in
mock interview.
