 This propaganda poster is trying to recruit troops from the allied countries to help defeat
the central powers. The artwork is trying to get men in these allied countries to want to help
their, “brothers” already fighting in the war. This poster is relevant to World War I because it is
trying to recruit troops which was something both the allied and central powers needed in this
time of war. I choose this slogan because brotherhood was a big theme throughout the trenches
in World War I. The men that were in the trenches together developed such a strong bond
because they experienced the same things, are always looking out for each other, and get to know
each other very well.
