Countable and uncountable nouns

Some nouns are countable (singular and plural forms) – jeans, teachers
Some nous are uncountable (they only have one form) – butter, information

Some nouns depending of the sentence can be countable or uncountable

I made a cake (one whole cake – countable)

Do you want some cake? (a piece of cake – uncountable)

Can I get a coffee? (one cup of coffee – countable)

I love coffee with sugar and cream (coffee in general – uncountable)
