The Smart Cube is a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm that believes that while the

The company is visiting our campus on 20th September for PPT and 22nd September for the final

Job Profile :

The Smart Cube is looking for outstanding candidates with the right mix of intelligence, attitude,
creativity and discipline to support clients in taking business decisions, both at the strategic and
tactical level. The role focuses on utilizing various aspects of business research techniques (including
primary and secondary research, estimation, forecasting, etc.) to gather data and analysis and
presenting it to clients in an easy to understand and insightful manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

 Be a part of the team working on various research projects aiding decision making for Fortune
500 / FTSE 100 corporates, Blue Chip Consulting Firms and Global Financial Services
companies
 Understand research objectives, design research strategies, interpret and analyze information
for accuracy, exhaustiveness and applicability
 Extract reports, presentations and papers from trustworthy sources by executing advanced
searches and analyze information extracted to unearth the real meaning of the data
 Contact industry experts that can help in providing information about and insights into about a
company, Industry or a business function
 Provide research and analysis on various industries by sizing markets, identifying and
analyzing trends, culling out market dynamics and key success factors as well as
understanding the value chain and the competitive landscape
 Use analytical frameworks like Porter's 5 forces, BCG Matrix, Harvey Balls, 3C's, 2x2 Matrix
etc to better analyze the dynamics of various industries
 Identify partners and/or vendors for clients and then analyzing the best fit for the relationship
 Conduct company studies in various levels of granularity, covering details regarding financials,
marketing, operations and strategy
 Conduct financial and operating analysis to understand the health of companies and sectors
 Build price forecasting models to predict future prices of commodities and feedstock
 Conduct modeling to analyze cost and margin structures of products and services
