Government force to RE and Solar Energy, we have to keep up fast challenges the
source.
There is 3 part of perspective :
* Current state RE perspective progress on consideration
* RE main power source for the world
Before, betweeen coal, solar, wind oil, gas, there is big gap for the FIT, but
after Japans big earthquake
the RE mostly solar PV plant increasing fast, the FIT are more competitive.
We try to reduce high cost from the operation cost in japan, because In japan the
cost for build a pv plant still
more ecpensive than any other country.
in 2023, target is 22-23 % agains the total power output.
basicaly this target still too low, but we consider to improve more than the
target.
why this percentage only 22-23 %

3.FIT unfornnutaly burden to the people.
1 fact for pV system that : in system should be 5years
10-15 % increade , to increase 2-3 yen per year.
key challenge is for reducing the cost

from 2015-2020 how to design retail process ,,set up area more wide.
see OKUTO Organization, to host more Renewable energy to the grid.people can choose
whic energy want to consume.
PG - Distribution - retail should link each other.
that is the key for the future.
Regarding paris agreement, august last yeat 2017 we already change the system.
