Significance of the Study

This study may serve as a guide to many students that are into computer games

so that they can prevent themselves from playing.

To the parents that have children that are playing computer games, this could

aware them of the possible addiction of their children to computer games.

This study may pinpoint what games are prone to addiction of the students to

computer games.

To our readers, this study may give them additional knowledge on how computer

games affect the academics, family relationship, social relationship of the students and

how it affects them physically.

To sum up, this study will further elaborate to the readers the effects of computer

games to students that can be the guide or prevention towards addiction to computer

games.

The future researchers may find this study as reference material. They may also

conduct studies on other areas not covered by this study.
