Moving from Conditional to Provisional Accreditation
Your Conditional Accreditation will change to Provisional Accreditation if you:
 complete your teacher education program within 12 months of the date of this accreditation, and

 send a certified (Justice of the Peace signed) copy of your final transcript to NESA within 12 months of the date of this accreditation.

The transcript will need to indicate you have been awarded the qualification or that you have met all requirements for award of your initial
teacher education program.

Moving from Conditional to Provisional Accreditation will affect the date by which you will need to fulfill the requirements for accreditation at the
level of Proficient Teacher.
