Pear and Apple Wine

Ingredients:
6 pieces Pear
6 pieces Apple
Pinch of Yeast
½ Cup Sugar
Distilled Water
Iced Water

Materials and Equipment:


Fruit Peeler
Basin
Muslin Cloth
2 Wine Bottles
Plastic or Glass pitcher
Blender or osteorizer
Measuring cups

Procedure:
1. Weigh and measure the dry ingredients.
1. Wash the pear and apples thoroughly on a clean running water.
2. Using a fruit peeler, peel the skin of the apples. Do the same with the pear.
3. Submerge the peeled fruits on an iced water bath to prevent oxidation.
4. On a blender, osteorize the peeled fruits separately. Add water if necessary.
5. Express separately the osteorize juice extract on a muslin cloth.
6. Place the expressed juices inside the blender and blend for 10 seconds.
7. Add half cup of distilled water. Blend for 5 seconds.
8. Add the half cup of sugar. Blend for 10 seconds.
9. Dissolve a pinch of yeast on a small amount of water. Add it to the juice concentrate and stir.
10. Transfer the juice concentrate from the blender to a wine bottle.
11. Place the lid of the bottle.
12. Store it for 2 weeks.
13. After 2 weeks transfer it into a sterilized wine bottle.
14. Chill and serve.
