I am writing to you to apply for the role advertised in the jobs section of the company’s website -
motion and graphic designer. I have included my curriculum Vitae, in which you will find details of
my experience and qualifications that suit me for this role.

Prior to seeing the advert I had very little knowledge of the company, however after extensive online
research and seeing the work that the company produces. I was very impressed with the information
I had found about the company. I was especially attracted to the company’s policy and track record
with pleasing customers, from my history in retail I very much understand the importance of
ensuring that every customer walks away satisfied with their experience.

I believe that the role on offer is very well suited to my experience, qualifications and personal
attributes. My two years spent achieving my extended diploma resulted in me having a very firm
foundation in the world of creative media industry, in achieving my grade I gained experience using
an array of different production software relevant to this role such as adobe photoshop, adobe
premiere and adobe Dreamweaver.

From reading the job description and conducting a lot of research into the role and company, I
believe that I hold many of the qualities required by the role, as noted, in my diploma I have two
years experience in creative media production. In addition to this all of my part time jobs have
required me to work efficiently and cooperatively as part of a team.
