Chapter 2: Literature Review
The Fourth Industrial Revolution, began in 2000

The aim of this paper is to present and facilitate an understanding of


industry 4.0 concepts, its drivers, goals and limitations.
Their target is to clarify how the industries in Vietnam such as energy,
oil and gas, electricity, manufacturing, garment and electronics ... and
others are facing challenges.
This project aims to bring specificity to the upcoming disruptions to the
employment. The employer survey at the heart of report was conducted
through the forum: Adecco Group, ManpowerGroup…

The purpose of this paper is to show the future direction of the 4.0
industry development and future concepts of the factory of the future.
Chapter 4: Data Analysis
Figure describes factors that students need to prepare in the period
of industrialization 4.0.Almost all of the subjects were selected
Information technology, Foreign language proficiency, soft skills,
practical experience are very important and important.

Figure shows some factors Industry 4.0 will influence positive and
negative student which were selected based by subjects.

The highest percentage of the chart is Lack of soft skills with 60.18%
data is shown in blue. This number indicates that today's students
are not really interested in soft skills.. The lowest percentage is Low
education level with 29.7%, when it comes to applying for jobs, students
require very high salaries, working environment, etc. So the data on the
board up to 53.12%. Besides, there are also students don't know the
orientation will do in the future with the data on the map is 31.2%.

Chapter 5: Conclusion & Recommendation


Suggestion
The universities need to supplement and improve on information technology, soft
skills, foreign language for students

The students need to attend classes to improve ourselves and do more to accumulate
practical skills
