The following instructions will provide an overview of how the Calibration Assistant Spreadsheet can make tuning a motorcycle

with the Screamin' Eagle Pro Super Tuner easier. Please note that the calibration assistant works well to help get the air fuel
mixtures close. Once close final adjustments are often times quicker without it.

Purpose: The spreadsheet is intended to help a tuner adjust VE tables, with a desired A/F Ratio selected, based on measurements
taken of the motorcycle A/F Ratio at different throttle positions and engine RPM's.

Step 1: Complete the three tables by entering the Engine Speed (RPM) and Throttle Position (%) across the vertical and
horizontal axes of each table. The values can be found when viewing the VE tables of your tuning file on the Super Tuner.
Note: There may be more rows and columns in the table than you require.

Step 2: At the top of the page, in the YELLOW, A/F Desired cell, enter the A/F target value entered in the Air-Fuel Ratio table of
the Super Tuner.

Step 3: Copy the initial VE values from your Super Tuner tuning "Working" file using the software copy function and paste into the
ORANGE "Initial VE Values" table of the calibration assistant spreadsheet

Step 4: Enter the observed A/F ratio results after measuring with an exhaust analyzer on a dyno into the YELLOW

Note: Dyno Operator must know if any recording lag exists in their equipment and compensate accordingly

Step 5: In the GREEN "Results" table, the spreadsheet will automatically calculate the VE table changes that need to be entered
into the Super Tuner VE tables to obtain your desired A/F Ratio that was entered in the YELLOW cell at the top of the
spreadsheet. These values can be copied from this table directly into the Super Tuner VE tables.

Step 6: Re-run the motorcycle with the exhaust analyzer on a dyno to confirm desired A/F Ratio has been achieved. If it has not
repeat the process described above.

Helpful Hint: A 10% change in VE values will result in approximately one A/F point
