MARRIAGE MINUTE
Have you seen the Trinity?
How can God be three and one at the same time? It’s a truth that is difficult to process. That’s
why God gave the Church married couples!
Married couples are two individuals called to become one- in heart, mind, spirit and body. We
take the Holy Trinity as our model, because God is a perfect communion of persons. Just as we
look to the Trinity to understand what our marriages should be, the world looks to our marriages
to understand the Trinity. Those around us come to understand God’s generous, passionate,
lifegiving love by seeing those qualities lived out in our homes.
