A certain combination of input signals, that may also occur in normal operation, will result in
the shutdown or restricted use of the truck. An appropriate number (below 20) is shown in
window (2), however it will not be stored in the fault memory.
An invalid combination of input signals, which may not occur in normal operation will mostly
result in the shutdown of the truck. An appropriate number (above 20) is shown in window
(2) and will be stored permanently in the fault memory.

This window displays each fault stored in the fault memory which has occurred since the last entry
of a maintenance mark (back slash) by a service engineer.
By means of key
Erase
a maintenance mark (back slash) can be entered in the memory in order to arrange the fault codes
chronologically (see window 31).
If the BACKSPACE button is pressed (entering a maintenance mark) when no current fault is
present, all fault codes in window (3) will be erased (no fault since last maintenance mark entry).
Finally window (3) shows a list of the last occurred fault codes, which can be erased at any time by
means of the BACKSPACE button.
The number of times a fault has occurred is shown after the colon next to the fault code.

a maintenance mark (back slash) can be entered in the memory. At the same time fault messages
in window (3) will be erased if at this time no fault is present (no fault since last maintenance mark
entry).

All fault numbers stored will disappear from the window 3 and 31.
Be careful using this function since all erased fault codes are absolutely lost!

NSRV counts down from the preset service interval. If W7/NSWI = 1 then at 0 the Service
Light illuminates. It is always linked to seat hours, independent of setting of OPTH.
NSRV is reset as described below
The initial service period is 50.0 hours. When cleared at service the next interval value from
W74/NSWP is written into NSRV.
The service can be performed early. The meters reset so long as at least 80% of the service
interval has passed. i.e. when NSRV is less than the following values...
-Enter-
-Erase-
The interval preferred by the customer can be set by adjusting NSWP in window 74.
When a NEW display is fitted to a truck, all of these values are retrieved into the new display.

mIBO: The total number of Illegal Brake Operations - not reset able
OBO: The total number of Override Brake Operations - not reset able
These operations are where the control system must apply the brake to stop the truck
because of an error condition. These operations are outside the control of the driver and so
are counted separately.

TYPE: Sets the type of encoder fitted to the truck (Factory setting = 0)
It defines how the system reacts to receiving the reference signal.
0 = Height counting above free lift only
1 = Full height counting from ground level
SDIF: Sets the difference between the de-stack height and the stack height [mm].
The stack height is always above the de-stack height.
(Factory setting = 150 mm)
tLEV: Used for LPS. Sets the time delay from selecting a level to operating the lift/lower lever. If
this time is exceeded then the selection is cancelled. (from V1.1)
Adjustment range: 2 up to 10 seconds
Adjustment step: 1 second
Factory setting: 5 seconds
RFHT: Sets the distance of the forks above the ground when the reference signal is received
(Factory setting = 3500 mm).
MMPP: Defines the encoder used for the LHI/LPS system.
It sets how many mm-per-pulse of the height encoder.
(Factory setting = 4)
THIS SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED UNLESS UNDER ORDER FROM PED.
