Oracle® Balanced Scorecard helps customers design, develop, and deploy custom corporate
performance management solutions. With Balanced Scorecard, managers can better communicate
strategic objectives, align organizational objectives and resources, and proactively monitor key
performance indicators. Custom, graphical scorecards display performance results and let users click
on any indicator to perform more detailed analysis. Users can also navigate to any related function of
the system to take corrective action where necessary. Scorecards can include custom KPI's created in
Balanced Scorecard as well as over 250 pre-built Daily Business Intelligence KPI's.
Balanced Scorecard offers a unique set of web-enabled design, administration, and delivery tools to
deploy organization-wide performance management solutions. Through a browser, Balanced
Scorecard delivers robust dashboards, using colored alarm icons to highlight areas where actual
performance is missing targets. Users can drill into underperforming areas using drill-down reports
and cause-and-effect navigation to help troubleshoot problems and quickly find root causes.
