COMPOSITION COMMISSIONING AGREEMENT

hereinafter the Commissioner, hereby commissions

hereinafter the Composer, to compose the following work:

The duration of the Work shall be _________ minutes, and it shall be written for:

The Commissioner further requests the following regarding the Work:

2. A complete score of the Work shall be delivered to the Commissioner no later

than ____________ (specify date). If the Work is not completed by the above
deadline, the following shall apply:

3. The public premiere of the Work shall take place no later than ____________
(specify date). This performance shall be organized by:
_________________________________________________________________.

If the Work is not premiered by the above deadline, and the Commissioner cannot
demonstrate a compelling reason for this, the Composer shall be entitled to assign
the right to premiere the Work to a third party.

4. The Commissioner shall pay the Composer a fee of EUR _________ for
composing the Work. Regarding payment of the fee, the following has been
agreed:

5. The performance material for the premiere of the Work shall be prepared by the
Commissioner / Composer. If it is agreed that the Composer shall prepare the
originals for the performance material, the Composer shall deliver this material to
the Commissioner no later than ____________ (specify date), and the
Commissioner shall pay the Composer a supplementary fee of EUR _________.

The performance material shall remain the property of the Commissioner after the
premiere. Regarding the renting of said material to other performers, and the
composer’s royalties from such renting, the following has been agreed:

If the Work is subsequently published, the terms of use for said material shall be
renegotiated.

6. For inspecting performance material prepared by the Commissioner, the

Composer shall receive a supplementary fee of EUR _________.

7. Insofar as the rehearsals for the premiere or any other performance instigated by
the Commissioner require the Composer’s presence, the Commissioner shall
compensate the Composer for travel expenses and provide accommodation, and
further pay the Composer a per diem allowance and a fee of EUR _________ for
each working hour or part thereof. The Commissioner shall be responsible for any
costs incurred by the Composer’s presence at the premiere.

8. In addition to the above, the Commissioner and Composer have agreed:
