OBJECTIVES:

1. Read and interpret a prescription.
2. Screen a prescription for errors/discrepancies.
3. Calculate the number of tablets to supply.
4. Fill and label the medicines completely.
5. Find information about drugs to be dispensed.
6. Communicate with the patient and effectively convey important message for appropriate
medication usage.
