Buttons:

Color In Grid:

Instruction Text:

1. Instruction text should be Italic.

Font Style:

1. Question text should be bold, if it is bold in questioner.

2. Question text should be underlined, if it is highlighted bold in questioner
3. Instruction text should be in next line

CAPTI Study:

1.Introduction(it will be in questioner)

I. Pipeline the text interviewer
2. Start page : text is same to the Introduction text.
There are 4 options : 1st and 2nd option: open ended
1st,2nd,3rd option: Supervising purpose
4th option: Interviewer.
3.Hidden Question: it will be displayed, if the respondent select 1st or 2nd or 3rd option in start
interviewer page.
4. Two times “end form” will be at the end(for termination and also for Quota Full)
5. Open edit question is created before end form.

Instruction Text:

2. CATI Study: instruction text is in Blue color.
 3. WAPI: default, Bold is mentioned, then it is bold, Underlined then underlined, Italic then
Italic.
4. Instruction text should not be in next line.
5. It should be displayed as per the questioner.
