MOTION FOR EXECUTION OF JUDGMENT

COMES NOW, the plaintiff, through the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable
court, MOST RESPECTFULLY STATES:

1. That on February 25, 2018, this Honorable Court rendered judgment on the above-captioned
case, ordering as follows:

WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is rendered in favor of plaintiff and

against defendant who is hereby ordered to pay to plaintiff the total principal amount of
P452,387.34 plus interest at 12% per annum and a penalty of 3% per month of default
from the time it became due on June 1, 2017 until fully paid, and 20% of the entire
amount due as attorneys fees, plus the costs.
SO ORDERED.

2. That said judgment was duly received by the defendant on February 27, 2018 as shown in the
registry return card;

3. That inquiry into the records of this case with this Honorable Court shows that no motion for
reconsideration or appeal had been taken from the said decision;
4. That the reglementary period for the motion for reconsideration or appeal had already
expired, hence the decision is now final, unappealable and executory.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that an Order of

Execution be issued.
