Surface Preparation

• Remove loose dust by compressed air or soft
brush

Masking Tape Application

• Use masking tape on both side of the joints for a neat
and sharp joint.

Insertion of Backup Material

• Insert ShaliBar, which is 30% higher in diameter, to
make the system effective & economical.

Primer Application
• Apply ShaliPrime PS 101 on faces of joints to ensure
strong bonding between substrate and sealant
• Allow primer to dry

Mixing of Two Component of Sealants

• Mix Comp A (Resin) into Comp B (Hardener)

• Mixing for 8 minutes, using slow speed drill (500)
rpm

Sealant Application (Gun Grade)

• Fill mixed ShaliSeal PS GG into the cartridge of the

gun
• Fill sealant from top to bottom without entrapping air
