Mariam - We are Best Friends

Learning Goals:​ They are encouraged to learn with and alongside others

Mariam is a very cheerful little girl. She likes

trying new activities and playing alongside other
children. One rainy day, we were inside doing
painting, testing the new painting rollers that
Teacher Heather bought. She really enjoyed this
activity. She was taking turns using the tools
with Mays. After she have finished painting,
Teacher Heather bought a bucket of water to
wash her hands. It was really nice to see you
having conversation and laughing with Mays,
even though I don’t understand what you were
saying. MashaAllah, Mariam has a really good
social skills.She was using different strategies
and skills to play alongside others. She was able
to use her communication skills to create
conversation with Mays.
