downloaded. However, the same will also be available on cash payment of Rs.150/- from the Sale Counter of
Publication Cell, Near Gate No.1 of the University w.e.f. 28.05.2018.

After filling the online application form, computer generated copy of the same duly signed with all required
documents including documents for claiming weightage etc. must reach the concerned Department/Office
within 5 days of the last date of submission of online application form.
