Menu Descriptions
Flavor Profile: Sweet & Spicy. The wings are not a traditional “wet” wing. They are rubbed with our
secret blend of spices and tossed with fresh squeezed lime juice and chopped jalapenos. The avocado
crème cools the wings heat and the Croissant Bread Pudding “Waffle” gives a sweetness that blends all
the flavors together
Flavor Profile: A rich, bite sized blend of Smoky Cheese, mini Pasta, and crispy breading accompanied by
our herb and tomato marinara sauce
Flavor Profile: The large, 12” flour tortilla bowl holds an abundance of crispy corn tortilla chips that have
been topped with our creamy pepper jack queso, in house made, slow roasted, lightly smoky Kaluha
pork, pickled jalapenos, fresh pico de gallo, sour cream drizzle, chunky guacamole, and our fire roasted
tomato salsa.
Chicken Tinga Quesadilla
Description: A crisp, golden brown flour tortilla, cut into 8 wedges, and stuffed with a slow cooked spicy
chicken & peppers “stew” and pepper jack cheese. Served with our Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa and
Avocado Crème. Garnished with fresh Pico de Gallo.
Flavor Profile: The crisp, golden brown tortilla holds the melted pepper jack cheese and the slow cooked
spicy chicken & peppers creating a delicious blend of creamy and spicy with the brightness of the
avocado crème and pico de gallo to balance the dish.
Flavor Profile: A combination of well-seasoned, thinly sliced meat mixed with melted Four Cheese blend
and fried to a crispy golden brown, cut in half on a bias for easy dipping. Served with our delicious
Pepper Jack Queso
Flavor Profile: Crisp, lightly hand breaded seasoned chicken tenders. Honey-Sriracha is a blend of the
classic Korean spicy sauce and sweet honey and a touch of smoky BBQ sauce. The Asian Sticky sauce is a
bright, sticky sauce that has tones of cilantro and chilies, and the sweet blueberry Gastrique is a blend of
fresh blueberry and sweet blueberry syrup
Flavor Profile: The mushrooms provide a nice earthy taste that balances the meaty Andouille sausage
while the Cajun cream sauce brings everything together with its slightly spiciness.
Surf & Turf
Description: 3 kabobs of Filet Mignon, peppers, and blistered cherry tomato and a red wine mushroom
demi glaze served with 3 more kabobs of Baja marinated Jumbo grilled Shrimp served with pineapple a
bright tasting pineapple salsa. Accompanied by our Garlic Toast
Flavor Profile: The filet kabobs, cooked medium, are brushed with our secret spice blend and butter
served over a reduction of beef sauce and red wine mushrooms while the Shrimp kabobs are grilled and
brushed liberally with our homemade, earthy with bright lime, Baja sauce and served over fresh cut
pineapple and peppers salsa
Flavor Profile: Traditional Caesar salad taste, deconstructed for share-ability. Romaine lettuce provides
the bright green taste while the Garlic Bread Sticks and the Parmesan Crisp provide the texture. The
Caesar dipping sauce is a traditional creamy Caesar dressing that has a garlicy bite
Flavor Profile: Light Pecan smoked shrimp is balanced by the bright mango vinaigrette, the earthy
roasted corn, creamy avocado and sweet and acidic cherry tomato.

the bright balsamic dressing. The candied walnuts provide a great texture and the cherry tomatoes give

Description: In house made, 12” traditional pizza dough topped with roasted garlic oil, San Marzano
pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella and hand torn basil leaves
Flavor Profile: Our pizza is a firm but chewy traditional dough that has been topped with our in house
made sweet and herby San Marzano pizza sauce. The mozzarella should be a fresh, bright cheese that is
set off by the fresh, licorice aroma of the hand torn basil

Description: Thinly sliced ham, and prosciutto are served with slow roasted pork, hand cut dill pickles
and a yellow mustard and mayo blend all on a toasted Italian loaf
Flavor Profile: The meaty combination of salty ham and prosciutto mix well with the slightly smoky pork,
the brightness of the dill pickle work well with the mayo and mustard sauce. It is all round out with the
pressed loaf that provides structure and texture to this wonderful sandwich
Flavor Profile: The Jerk marinade provides both Earthy and Savor taste from the herbs and heat from the
peppers. This is balanced by the creamy and smooth avocado crème and the bright, sweet yet slightly
