Book Name: Just Like Young Birds Get Wings

Author: K.A. Harinatha Reddy

Introduction to the book

After understanding the contents of the book, if at all he(reader)

wants to help some one, will first help his own mother. if he wants to
show respect to someone, he will first show it to his own father, who
raised him with great care by sacrificing his needs and wants.

Moral Values: By nurturing moral values and strong leadership skills

(among children,) this book moulds children to be mentally and
spiritually strong and prepares them to face any turbulences in their
lives bravely and come out with flying colours.

Mother is the visible form of Goddess: When reader gets connected

to the thoughts of this book, would accept that his mother is the
visible form of Goddess, who has emerged when love and sacrifice
blend together. He works hard in his profession with a burning
desire to repay the debt that he owes to his mother. Before he eats,
he checks whether his mother has eaten or not. Before he buys
dress on his birthday, he will first buy a saree for his mother.

Any person who respects his own mother, will definitely respect his
wife. Prosperity dwells in such homes. Never think about Results:
When reader reads the Chakradhar's story in this book, would come
across a divine secret. While working for his aim in real life, instead
of worrying about how the results would be, leaving the results to
Bhagavan, would focus more on what has to be done. This attitude
will definitely drive him one day to higher heights in life. Pessimism
completely surrenders at the feet of the person who leaves the
results to God...

This small book that runs with many inspiring stories, reflecting the
moral values, culture, customs of Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism), will
surely stay in the hearts of readers.

It is an inspiring book in Telugu and English languages, that drives

youth towards success by applying the spirit of Sanatana Dharma
with interesting stories
Personality Development - Optimism: While inspiring stories are running in this
book, it links with the most powerful shlokas from Sri Ramayana, which have
the power to widen the human optimism. When we appreciate good qualities
of an enemy, I don't know whether it will bring change in enemy’s attitude or
not, but certainly brings change in our attitude. It widens our perspective and
makes us live happily as we become optimistic in life. If I am able to see good
qualities of my enemy, then I will definitely be able to see the rest of the world
positively. When Swamy Hanuma saw Ravana first time in Sri Lanka, though he
was an enemy, he first appreciated his good qualities.

Aho raakshasa raajasya sarva lakshana yuktataa || 5-49-17

What figure, what courage, what strength, what splendour and what amalgam
of auspicious marks, alas…, this Ravana, emperor of demon has!

A few lines from a touching story that reveal a mother’s affection towards
her daughter. Page No. 95

Then Siri who is kneeling on the floor at her mother's feet, asks her mother
out of adoration “Amma why did you take such risk? How if anything ever
happened to you?

Then the mother, after slowly gaining energy to speak, looking caringly at
her daughter, replies, “all of you would survive ... right my daughter, I
would gladly sacrifice myself”.

That mother’s words melt the tears that have been hiding back of Siri’s eyes
so far, and starts falling on mother’s feet......

Sirisha Reddy Anna this story is really touching and one more story ..mothers love
is eternal-ananda life..it's really very nice

In school, children learn the subjects of the school’s curriculum. Whereas, at

home, a Dad goes one step ahead and identifies the hidden talents of his
children; uncovers the masks on them, adds the fire of inspiration to them; sows
the seeds of spirituality in them and shapes the ordinary children into great
citizens..... Page No.10

Prosperity dwells in such homes. This is why manu smruthi mentions.
Yatra Naryastu Pujyante Ramante Tatra Devata ।
Yatraitaastu Na Pujyante Sarvaastatrafalaah Kriyaah ।।
Meaning: "Where women are honoured , divinity blossoms there; And where
they are dishonoured , all actions remain unfruitful."
