MOTION FOR CONSOLIDATION

COMES NOW, the Accused by and through the undersigned counsel

and to this Honorable Court, most respectfully alleges and states:

That a similar case is pending before the RTC, Branch ___, docketed
as Crim. Case No. _________,in re: People of the Philippines vs.
___________________, for Violation of Section 11, Art. II of R.A. 9165,
wherein the parties in the above-entitled case is the same hereof;

That, considering that the above-entitled case before the RTC, Branch
_______, San Fernando City, La Union involves the same parties , such that,
it would serve the interest of justice if this case be consolidated with the
above-indicated case before Branch ____ as such consolidation shall
expedite the proceedings of this case.

WHEREFORE, premises considered and in the interest of justice and

fair play, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that the above-
entitled case be consolidated with Criminal Case No. _____ which bears the
lower criminal docket number and which is pending before the RTC,
Branch ____, San Fernando City, La Union.

Other relief and remedies deemed just and equitable under the
premises are likewise prayed for.
