I request that Mr. Brian is put in front of a judge in an American court and is asked to explain high and clear
the following violations.

I am accusing Mr. Brian for:

• Violation of the sixth amendment of the USA Constitution: By not investigating my case upon my request and by
only referring me back to the embassy staff that has already several times failed their duties; Mr. Brian is sharing the

responsibility for the development in my case; that I did not get a fair trial and a proper counsel.
• Violation of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963, Article 36 (a,b and c): As Mr. Brian negate to

investigate my case on my request, he is accomplished in silencing with premeditation the arrest of a USA citizen,
supporting the failing to protest and request the Danish authorities about the illegal arrest, torture, kidnapping and
