This has reference to your Application and Subsequent discussion that we had with
you. We have pleasure in offering you to join in QAZI LETHERS (INDIA) PVT.LTD.
(Company) as Sales Executive. The Terms and conditions of your job shall be as below.

1. Your current Place shall be Dist.Cuttack, Odisha.

2. You shall be reporting to Head Office Alog with your Sr. Officer.
3. The Proposed compensation are attach as Annexure “A”.
4. Details of required documents at the time of joining are attach as annexure “B”.
5. You shall entitle for provident Fund and other benifits as per the company rules in
force from time to time. Taxability of your salary and benifits shall be as per the
income Tax rules.
6. You shall be required to commence work on or before 9th May. 2018.
7. Your joining is subjected to medical fitness certificate from a registered practitioner.
8. Your appointment is subject to satisfactory reference from at least two professionals
not related to you.
9. This offer is valid subjected to all information, fact and figures provided by you,
during your discussion with company, being true and correct.
10. You should have to create your sales team or company may be support.
11. You shall confirm to all rules and regulation in force from time to time in the
company .during the period of your job with you or thereafter, us shall not divulge
to any third party or use against the interest of the company , any information, data
or documents that may come to your knowledge.
12. During the period of your job, you shall devote your whole time
exclusively for the work as may be assigned to you by the company
from time to time. Also you shall not engage yourself in any
business/profession, part time work or employment either directly or
indirectly, or otherwise without written permission of the management
of the company.
13. Your job should be on Target basis and purely private. Target is
Rs-5,00,000/- (Five Lakh)/ pm. Where your result of sale will be zero
or not to be fulfilled, your compensation will zero or company will
decide.
14. You will be on probation for a period of six month from the date
of joining with us. Your probation may be extended at the discussion
of the management. Subject to satisfactory performance during the
probation period your job will be confirmed in written. Amongst other
requirements, the performance norms required for confirmation are
out in annexure “A”.
15. You may be transferred any other branch/unit/district.
Function of the company/group in india or abroad.
16. You are requested to send/deposit us the duplicate copy of this
letter duly signed by your token of your acceptance.
