Official requets to Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum
I request that Ms. Angela Froelich is put in front of a judge in an American court.
I am accusing Ms. Angela Froelich for:

• Violation of the sixth amendment of the USA Constitution: Ms. Angela Froelich is working for The Florida Bar, within
the International Law section. I contacted The Florida Bar because I am a student and can not afford a lawyer myself and

I need a lawyer to assist me to confront the authorities and politicians and other people in the USA who had abandoned

me and by that being responsible for the continuous violation of my legal and human rights. Initially contacted both
Angela Froelich and Zina Jackson in the International Law section, while my case is in different ways an international

issue. I mailed to Angela Froelich an explanation about my situation together with my request for assistance and
additional documentation about my case.

Angela Froelich is a witness in my case. She knew:
- that I was tortured and kidnapped by the Danish police

- that my rights according to the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963, Article 36 (a, b and c) had been
violated

- that none of the above violations against me had been protested by the American Embassy in Copenhagen
or
- that I am now handicapped for life in my left shoulder
- that I had been requesting help from the President, Secretary of State, Senators, Congressman and the Governor from

Florida and so on, and that all of those had ignored my requests and kept in silence.

Angela Froelich knew all this and I asked her several times to help me get counsel and legal help to put all these people

responsible for my situation in front of a court. I never heard anything from her, total silence. And by choosing to
totally ignor me and let me down on this background, Ms. Angela Froelich has made herself a violator of my rights

according to the sixth amendment of the USA constitution.

protection rights under this International agreement, and she knew that this agreement is protected under the USA

• Conspiracy against Rights (The Federal Civil Rights Statutes, Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241). Because, she is representing

an organization that can provide me with help in fighting for my rights according to the law,
and she chose to not assist me getting this help – and she chose not even to let me know about
her decision (- or somebody else ordered her to not take any action).
• Discrimination: The Florida Bar says on their webpage (www.floridabar.org) that: “The
Florida Bar wants to make legal services readily available to individuals and families who
need a lawyer.” And they also say: “Throughout its existence, The Florida Bar has been
faithful to these ideals, placing service above all else as its primary reason for being.”

Angela Froelich chose NOT to assist in making legal services available to me, or even to
make it easier for me to contact a lawyer. In fact she did nothing at all. This is discrimination,
unless the same thing happens to all persons who contacts The Florida BAr; which I doubt.

• Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law (The Federal Civil Rights Statutes, Title 18,
U.S.C., Section 242). She is accomplished in depriving me my rights Under the Color of
Law, because she knows my protection rights the VCCR, which is protected under the
supreme law of the land, The USA Constitution - and even that, she never ever kept her

obligation to assist me in finding legal help to legally pursue the American authorities who
initially deprived me my rights.

What do I want?

To bring Angela Froelich in front of a USA judicial court to answer for my straight accusations
for the crimes mentioned above.

Angela Froelich knew about my case since February 2009. She never came back to me and in
that way she is accomplished in negating me my most fundamental constitutional protection
rights. I want to prosecute Angela Froelich for the act of discrimination.

encouraging me to work with federal authorities and no excuses, if you want to keep violating
USA Constitution to support violations of hate, racism, discrimination, torture, violations of
