EXHIBITION RULES THE ROBERT KENDALL CUP AWARDED FOR THE MOST POINTS
• Open classes are open to ALL. IN THIS SECTION
• Closed classes are open to Newby Allotment holders and residents of the
Parish of Newby and Scalby only.
• A person showing an exhibit belonging to another and entering it as their CHILDRENS CLASSES
own, or in any way attempting to gain prizes by unfair means shall forfeit all
claims to any prizes as maybe awarded. FOR THE AGES OF 10 AND UNDER ADD “A” TO THE CLASS NUMBER
• The decision of the judges is final. FOR THE AGES OF 11 AND OVER ADD “B” TO THE CLASS NUMBER
• All exhibits are to be staged by 10am and the hall cleared by 10.15am for AGES ONLY TO BE DISPLAYED ON THE EXHIBIT
