Flag States delegations
Authorisations and Instructions

General approach :
Flag States fully delegate this statutory certification to the RO which classes the
ship and issues other delegated statutory certificates including MARPOL Annex VI
certificates.

In line with the above Flag State Policies, BV policy is to only certify BV
classed vessels where BV is the ship's RO.
