called Partners there should be an agreement or meeting of minds before the
creation of the business registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission. It
is a judicial entity.

incorporators. It is registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is a

Cooperative is a form of business organization formed by at least twenty five
