General Information
Perth Concert Hall opened in September 2005. It has a capacity of 1186 seated and 1622 with standing (both these figures are
dependant on your contract with Horsecross). Perth Concert Hall is managed by Horsecross Arts who also manage Perth Theatre
which is less than 100m from the Concert Hall. The address above is the admin address for Horsecross Arts which remains in the
Theatre. For deliveries and access please see below. All mail should be addressed to the admin address.

Access to the stage and hall is good. The loading bay is located off stage left. It requires the vans/trucks to be parked 90
degrees to the loading door but there is a wide concrete platform to unload onto, which is under cover and just over 3m from the
stage. The loading bay pad is 0.6m (2’) high. Access door height is 2.4m (8’). This can be increased to 3.5m but it entails consider-
able cost.
Parking is extremely limited! 2 large vehicles (van/bus/truck) may be left at the loading bay by arrangement only. Unauthorised
vehicles parking round the loading bay /stage door will be fined £60 or get towed away and a fine of £135 levied by Perth & Kinross
Council regardless of who the vehicle belongs to. There is a multi-story car park very close to the hall and parking for larger vehicles
can be arranged 10mins walk from the hall. For full details see Page 3

LIGHTING - info, non dims & FOH light patch

This Page and the following pages give information for the default Gannochy lighting.
A CAD file is available on request
Patch info for the rig is on page 11, this is essentially the LX plan as a table and laid out as per the plan.
Information regarding the house lights patch and non dims are given below.
A complete list on lanterns is given on Page 14.
PCH will generally not de-rig the bars as we have no facility to store the lanterns.
However, bar loading is such that it is generally not a problem to undersling bars for visiting rigs
