NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION

UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S
PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent
position will be filed with the Department of Homeland Security (for Schedule A positions). This Notice
of Filing will be posted for 15 consecutive business days (22 consecutive days), from May 22, 2018 to
June 13, 2018, ending between 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certification
application.

POSITION TITLE: Registered Nurse

POSITION DUTIES: Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions; Record
patients’ medical information and vital signs and report any significant changes
to physicians; Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments
under the direction of physicians; Coordinate and communicate with health care
team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.;
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.

RATE OF PAY: $65,894/Year

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Requirements: California State Registered Nurse License

Minimum Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
