1.0 Introduction
This document statement describes the procedure, quality control, environment management and
safety control of fiber/cooper cable pulling work.
2.0 Resources

3.1 Receiving
All incoming materials shall be verified as per packing list. Witness inspection shall be
carried out and requested to M+W QA/QC Group at least one day prior to materials
delivery for the first shipment of every material. Succeeding incoming materials shall also
be requested for M+W QA/QC inspection and/or be internally inspected and documented
for monitoring purposes.
3.2 Handling
Material will be handling by fork lift, hand lift and mobile manpower.
3.3 Storage

We store on our work or one location on factory, decide and confirm the storage are for this
material by M+W.
Storage area shall not obstruct any access and must be properly barricade with proper
signage.
