Das Erzeugnis wird aus unbehandeltem Holz rein mechanisch
hergestellt.
The product is manufactured from untreated wood by solely
mechanical means.
Wir gewinnen unsere Lignocellulose aus frischem, unbehandeltem
Holz, das entrindet, zerkleinert und sorgfältig gereinigt wird. Dann
vermahlen und sieben wir die Fasern. Anschließend werden die
Fasern durch Wärme und Druck aufgeschlossen Dadurch wird die
natürliche Wasseraufnahmekapazität der Lignocellulose noch um
ein Mehrfaches erhöht. Das Material wird kompaktiert, so dass eine
problemlose Weiterverarbeitung möglich ist.
We obtain our lignocellulose from untreated virgin wood that is
debarked, ground and thoroughly cleaned. Then we grind and
screen the fibres. Afterwards the fibers are expanded by means of
heat and pressure, increasing the natural water absorption capacity
of the lignocellulose severalfold. The material is compacted for
smooth further processing.
Bei der Verarbeitung der Lignocellulose werden keine Hilfsstoffe
eingesetzt.
No aids are used for processing lignocellulose.
Lignocellulose hat je nach Analyseverfahren folgende Anteile:

Depending on the analytical method, lignocellulose has the
following constituents:

Lignocellulose ist 2 Jahre ab Herstellungsdatum haltbar.
Sachgerechte und kontrollierte Lager- und Transportbedingungen
sind sicherzustellen. Lignocellulose sollte trocken und
wettergeschützt gelagert und transportiert werden.
Lignocellulose has a shelf life of 2 years from the date of
manufacture. Appropriate and controlled storage and transport
conditions must be ensured. Lignocellulose should be stored and
transported dry and protected from the weather.
Lignocellulose ist biologisch abbaubar und nicht toxisch. Bei
Umschlag und Transport sind keine besonderen
Sicherheitsvorkehrungen notwendig.
Lignocellulose is biodegradable and non-toxic. No special safety
precautions are required during transport and delivery.
Wir führen regelmäßig internes und externes Monitoring auf
Kontamination gemäß gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Vorgaben des
deutschen QS-Systems durch.
