Global Harvest Foods Announces New Chief Executive Officer

Seattle, WA, June 07, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Global Harvest Foods, the leading manufacturer in wild bird
feeding, has announced the appointment of Dave Williamson as its new chief executive officer effective
June 27, 2018. Mr. Williamson will replace Dave Whitley, who has stepped down to pursue other
interests. Mr. Whitley will remain a board member and continue to offer his guidance and leadership to
the company.

Dave Williamson has been a Global Harvest Foods board advisory member since 2016 and will continue
the vision and great successes achieved in recent years. Mr. Williamson has over 25 years of experience
as a senior executive across all areas of strategy, finance, operations, sales, product, human resources,
business and legal affairs for private and public companies. He was a certified public accountant with a
large national firm and also a law firm business partner at Perkins Coie in Seattle. Mr. Williamson has
been active as a senior executive and board member in a number of successful growth companies in the
Seattle area over the past 20 years across many industries including consumer software, enterprise
software, digital music, market research and mobile data analytics. Most recently Mr. Williamson served
as chief operating officer of Zonar Systems, a leading transportation industry solutions provider.
