    Executive Summary

    Purpose

    The aim of the paper was to propose a system for personalized retrieval of dynamic road conditions on
    the go.

    Methods

    The system proposes a Road Eye Application and ψR-tree and for quick and personalized retrieval of road
    conditions.

    Results

    The proposed ψR-tree shows a reduced query (retrieval) response times and disk I/Os than the alternative
    multiple R trees solution.
