 Unload trucks, process freight, operate registers and Retail Merchandising Units, manage Layaway pro-
gram, train new employees, and serve customers.

Homemaker, 2001-current, care for three children, two of whom are special needs.

 Duties include: scheduling and managing multiple appointments; managing multiple financial accounts;
frequent communication with medical and mental health professionals; frequently communicate with
teachers; attend regular meetings for individual education plans and annual service plans; and provide
extra safety measures at home and out of home.

Volunteer experience:
Learning Access Program at The Dalles Middle School. Spring semester of 2013--spring semester of
2016.

 Duties included: assisting individual students with assignments, instructing classrooms, grading
submitted work, running errands for teacher, assisting with and supervising state testing, op-
erating office equipment, and aiding in general care and management of students.

Internship experience:
Wasco County Public Works. July 5, 2017—September 7, 2017.

 Duties included: Filing various documents and auditing current filing system, answering and
transferring phone calls, taking messages, sorting and delivering mail, inserting information
from reports into a database system, creating spreadsheets, and providing customer service.

Work-Study experience:
Columbia Gorge Community College. April 3, 2018—present.

 Duties include: processing book hold orders, book returns, and purchases on student accounts
for printer/copier use; assisting library patrons, answering phone calls, operating Sage Library
system, operating office equipment, and restocking books according to Dewey decimal sys-
tem.
